Twenty-seven (27) new American citizens from fifteen (15) countries were sworn in during a Naturalization ceremony at the American Legion Sweeney Post #2 in Manchester on Thursday, May 29, where they took the Oath of Allegiance from Citizenship and Immigration Services. Field Office Director Joe Forte delivered the Oath of Allegiance and Naturalization Chairman Tony Violanti was the keynote speaker. Members of the Auxiliary, Sons, and Legion Officers congratulated each new citizen and presented each with a U.S. Flag Lapel Pin.
