Located in Manchester, NH, American Legion Auxiliary Unit 2 is committed to serving our veterans, their families and our community. Our membership is comprised of hardworking, dedicated, fun-loving, inspirational and patriotic women. We are involved with local veterans organizations such as Liberty house which helps with homeless and struggling veterans, volunteering at the local Veterans Hospital, support the New Hampshire State Veterans cemetery, support local schools with fundraisers to name just a few of our activities.

We participate with Sweeney Post and Sons of the American Legion in activities such as meat raffles, Wednesday night “Cheap Eats”, certain holiday parties, parades and so much more.

We hold monthly meetings the fourth Wednesday starting at 7:00pm at the Sweeney Post hall.

Our membership dues for Adults are $30 and Juniors are $6 per year. Membership year is from January 1 through December 31. We also offer an “Early Bird” promotion for membership, whereby if you pay your dues early for the following year’s membership we welcome you to enjoy a complimentary dinner at Sweeney Post in October, that is accompanied by music and dancing.
